1. Method of Delivery
All services purchased from School Orbit are delivered electronically. Upon successful payment and registration:
- You will receive an automated email confirmation with your login credentials and invoice.
- Your school's account will be instantly activated and accessible via our web portal.
- No physical CD, DVD, or manual will be shipped to your address.
2. Delivery Timelines
Our system is automated to ensure immediate delivery of services.
- Account Activation: Immediate upon payment confirmation.
- Onboarding Support: Our team will contact you within 24 hours (on business days) to assist with initial setup and data migration.
- Custom Features: If you have requested custom development, delivery timelines will be communicated separately via a project agreement.
3. Proof of Delivery
For the purpose of disputes or chargebacks, the following shall be considered proof of delivery:
- The welcome email sent to your registered email address containing login details.
- Logs showing successful login activity on your account.
4. Issues with Delivery
If you do not receive the welcome email or cannot access your account after payment, please check your spam/junk folder. If the issue persists:
