What transport covers
If your school has school buses or vans, use this module to keep track of vehicles, their details and status.
Vehicles
Every bus, van and auto with its number, type and status.
Drivers
Driver name and contact number for each vehicle.
Routes
The route each vehicle runs.
Student assignments
Which students ride which vehicle, and where they are picked up.
How to add a vehicle

Open the vehicles list
Go to Vehicles in the sidebar, then click Add Vehicle. - 2
Enter the vehicle details
Vehicle number, type (Bus, Van or Auto), driver name and contact. - 3
Add the route
Add route details if the vehicle runs a fixed route. - 4
Set the status
Mark the vehicle Active or Inactive based on its current status.
Assign students to a vehicle
Once the vehicle and its route are ready, attach students to it. Add the student first if you have not already — see Student Management.
Choose the student
Search for them and open their transport assignment.
Choose the route
Pick the route the student will travel on.
Set the pickup point
The stop where the student boards and gets off.
