Step 10 — Set up exam types, create exam schedules, enter marks and generate beautiful report cards for students.

The examination module is one of the most powerful features. You can manage everything from Unit Tests to Annual Exams — schedule them, enter marks, set grading and print report cards.

Create Exam Types

Go to Exam Types. Add types like 'Unit Test 1', 'Half Yearly', 'Annual Exam', 'Pre-Board' etc. These are the categories of exams.

Create Exam Setup

Go to Exam Setup. Select the exam type and class. Set the maximum marks, passing marks, and whether it has theory/practical split.

Create Exam Schedule

Go to Exam Schedule. Select the exam and add date, start time, and end time for each subject. Students see this on the app.

Mark Exam Attendance

On exam day, mark which students appeared for the exam. Students marked absent will be shown as 'AB' on report card.

Enter Marks

After the exam, enter marks for each student subject-wise. Teachers can also enter marks from the mobile app.

Set Up Grading

Set grade boundaries. Example: 90-100 = A+, 80-89 = A, etc. Grades will automatically appear on report cards.

Generate Report Cards

Go to Report Cards. Select the student, exam type and download a beautiful PDF report card. You can also email it to parents.

Exam Activity Logs

Every time marks are entered or changed, it is logged. The admin can see who changed what and when — this prevents any tampering with exam results.
