Step 15 — Your teachers, students and parents can use the School Orbit app on Android and iPhone. Here's how to set it up.

School Orbit App

The School Orbit mobile app works on Android and iPhone. It is designed for 3 types of users — Teachers, Students and Parents. Each user sees a personalised experience based on their role.

How to Download & Login

    Download the App

    Search 'School Orbit' on Google Play Store (Android) or Apple App Store (iPhone/iPad) and install the app. It's free to download.

    Enter Username

    Enter the username created for you by the school admin from the dashboard.
  3. 3

    Enter Password

    Enter the password given by your school admin. You can change it later from the app settings.
  4. 4

    Start Using!

    After login, the app automatically shows the right features based on your role — teacher, student, or parent.

Teacher App Features

  • Mark student attendance

  • Create homework assignments

  • View class timetable

  • Enter exam marks

  • Create exam schedules

  • Mark exam attendance

  • Submit exam results

  • Send direct notices to parents

  • Record voice notices

  • View student leaves

  • Approve/reject leaves

Troubleshooting

  • Can't login? Check if the username and password are correct. Ask admin to regenerate if forgotten.
  • Not getting notifications? Make sure notifications are allowed in phone settings for the app.
  • App crashing? Update to the latest version from Play Store.
  • Can't see some features? Your role may not have permission. Ask admin to check role settings.
