Student Management
Step 8 — Add students to your school, assign them to classes, and create login IDs for students and their parents.
Before adding students, make sure you have already set up: Academic Year, Classes, and Sections. Students are assigned to a specific class-section combination.
How to Add Students
Go to Students Module
In the sidebar, click 'Students'. Then click 'Add New Student'.
Fill Student Details
Enter student name, father's name, mother's name, date of birth, gender, Aadhar number, address, blood group and phone number.
Assign Class & Section
Select the class and section. Example: Class '5th', Section 'A'. The admission number is generated automatically.
Upload Photo & Documents
Upload student photo, birth certificate, transfer certificate, Aadhar card etc. Up to 10 documents.
Create Student Login ID
Click 'Create User' to generate a student login ID. The student can login to the mobile app to see their attendance, homework, results etc.
Create Parent Login ID
Separately, you can create a parent login ID. Parents can login to the app to see their child's progress, pay fees, receive notices etc.

Student Promotion (End of Year)
At the end of academic year, go to Academic Year → Promotions.
Select the class from which you want to promote students.
System will show all students. Select which students pass and which fail.
Click 'Execute Promotion'. Students will be moved to the next class automatically.
If any student needs to be rolled back, you can use the 'Rollback' option.
Tips
- • Admission Number: Auto-generated. You can see the next available number before creating a student.
- • Bulk Add: For large number of students, you can add them from the app or web one by one.
- • Transfer: If a student is leaving school, mark them as inactive. Their data is preserved.
