Communication with parents is key to a good school. School Orbit lets you send notices, direct messages (even voice notes!), manage events, and handle gatepasses — all digitally.
Notice Board
Create general notices that all students and parents can see.
Go to Notices in the sidebar. Click 'Create Notice'.
Enter the notice title, description and date.
The notice will appear on the mobile app for all students and parents.
You can update or delete notices anytime.
Direct Notices (Class-Specific)
Powerful Feature!
Teachers can send direct notices to specific classes or even specific students from the mobile app. They can also record voice messages in Hindi, Punjabi or any language!

Events Management
Create school events like Annual Day, Sports Day, Parent-Teacher Meeting etc.
Create Events
Add event title, date, time, venue and description.
Status Tracking
Mark events as Upcoming, Ongoing, Completed or Cancelled.
Student / Parent View
Events appear in the app calendar for students and parents.
Permission Based
Only authorized staff can create or edit events.
Gatepass System
Manage student gatepasses for early pickup by parents or visitors.
Create a gatepass when a parent comes to pick up a student early.
Enter visitor name, relation, purpose and student name.
The gatepass can be approved by the principal or class teacher.
Check-in and check-out time is recorded for security.
