Gatepass System
Digital gatepass for students leaving school early. Parents get notified when their child is leaving.
Student Safety: When a student leaves school early (for doctor's visit, family emergency etc.), a digital gatepass is generated. Parents are notified immediately. The guard can verify the gatepass before letting the student go.
How Gatepass Works
Parent requests early pickup (via app or phone call).
Office staff creates a Gatepass in the system.
Select the Student, Reason, and Expected Time of leaving.
Parent gets notification in the app confirming the gatepass.
When parent arrives, school guard checks the gatepass on screen.
Student is released. The gatepass is marked as 'Used'.
Security: No student can leave without a digital gatepass. This prevents unauthorized pickups and keeps a complete record of every early departure.
