Post school notices that are visible to all students, parents and teachers on the mobile app.
Notice Board is like the physical notice board in school — but digital! Post notices about holidays, exams, PTM dates, fee deadlines and more. Everyone gets a push notification instantly.
Steps to Post a Notice
Go to Communication → Notice Board.
Click 'Add Notice'.
Enter the Notice Title (e.g., 'Winter Vacation Dates').
Enter the Notice Description — keep it clear and simple.
Select who should see it — All / Students & Parents / Teachers Only / Specific Class.
Attach any file if needed (PDF circular, image).
Click 'Publish'. Everyone gets a notification in the app!
Class Specific: You can post notices for specific classes only. For example, a notice about Class 10 board exam prep goes only to Class 10 students and parents.
