Student Login IDs

Students get login IDs to access the Mobile App — check homework, marks, attendance, and notices.

Student login IDs are usually their admission number or phone number as username. The school sets an initial password that students should change after first login.

Steps to Create Student Login

Go to Students → click on the student's name.

Find the 'Login Access' section.

Enable login for the student.

Set Username — use admission number (e.g., SCH2024001).

Set Password — something simple they can remember (e.g., school@123).

Click Save. Student can now download the app and login!

💡 Tip for Small Schools

If you don't want to give every student a login, you can enable it only for higher classes (8th to 12th). Younger students' parents can use the Parent App instead.
