Keep records of all school vehicles — busses, vans, auto. Track driver info, route details, and which students use which vehicle.

Name of the assigned driver

Driver's mobile number for emergencies

Helper/conductor on the bus

Maximum students the vehicle can carry
Route
Which route/area the vehicle covers
Insurance
Insurance details and expiry date
Steps
Go to Transport → Vehicles.
Click 'Add Vehicle'.
Fill in all vehicle details.
Add driver and conductor information.
Set the Route Name (e.g., 'Route 1 - Station Road').
Click Save.
Student Assignment: After adding vehicles, you can assign students to specific vehicles/routes. This helps track which student uses which transport.
