Student Attendance
Mark daily attendance for students — class-wise or section-wise. Teachers can also mark from the mobile app.
Student attendance is marked class-wise and section-wise. The class teacher marks attendance every morning. Parents get notified instantly if their child is absent!

Steps to Mark Attendance

Go to Student Attendance from the sidebar.

Select the Class and Section (e.g., Class 5 - A).

Select the Date — today is selected by default.

You will see a list of all students in that class.

By default, everyone is marked Present. Just tap/click on Absent students.

Mark students as A (Absent), L (Leave), or H (Half Day) as needed.

Click Save. Parents of absent students get notification in the app!
Quick Tips
- Mark attendance before 10 AM every day.
- You can edit attendance later if marked wrong.
- View monthly summary to see attendance percentage per student.
- Students with less than 75% attendance get a warning indicator.
