What You Can See
Total Income
All fee collections + other income for the period
Total Expenses
All expenses — salaries, bills, maintenance
Net Balance
Income minus Expenses = your school's financial health
How to View Statement
Go to Finance → Account Statement.
Select the Date Range (e.g., April 2025 to March 2026).
The statement shows all transactions — income and expenses.
You can filter by category (Fee, Salary, Bills etc.).
Click 'Download' to export as Excel or PDF.
Export Options
Download as Excel for detailed analysis, or PDF for sharing with school management committee or trust members.
