Fee Groups

Create fee groups — define what fees each class or category of students needs to pay (Tuition, Transport, Lab etc.).

Fee Groups let you define different fee structures for different classes. For example, Class 1-5 may have different fees than Class 6-10. You set it up once and invoices are generated automatically!

Steps to Create Fee Group

Go to Finance → Fee Groups.

Click 'Add Fee Group'.

Enter the Group Name (e.g., 'Class 1-5 Monthly Fee').

Select which Classes this group applies to.

Add Fee Heads — Tuition, Transport, Lab, Computer etc.

Enter the Amount for each fee head.

Set the Frequency — Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly, One-time.

Click Save. This fee structure is now ready!

Individual Discounts: You can also give discounts to specific students (e.g., staff children, siblings, scholarship students) without changing the fee group.
